How do I get EHS approval for an event on campus?

If you require EHS approval prior to scheduling your event on campus, please complete the EHS Event Approval Form found here, and submit it to ehsd@tamu.edu. We will review your plans for tents, food service, restroom facilities, and stage or other temporary structures and provide approval when all applicable requirements have been addressed.
