Staff DirectorySafety oversight for EHS programs extends beyond the main College Station campus. We maintain dedicated contacts and resources for Texas A&M's additional locations across the state, as well as for specialized institutes, to ensure consistent safety standards.
Texas A&M AgriLife oversees and manages a wide array of research and extension activities that often come with unique environmental and agricultural hazards. EHS collaborates closely with AgriLife to deliver tailored safety programs that protect personnel while promoting efficient resource use.
The use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), commonly known as drones, at Texas A&M is governed by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines alongside university-specific regulations. EHS is the supervising authority responsible for approval for all UAS operations, whether for research, education, or commercial purposes.
