Residence Hall Inspections

Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) conducts an inspection each month of all Residence Halls, University Apartments, and all Residence Life buildings.  EHS provides Fire and Life Safety Training for new resident advisers and hall staff in the Corps of Cadets three times a year. 

The Residence Hall Inspection Checklist is used by EHS to help identify safety concerns and ensure these concerns are consistently monitored. This checklist can be used by Residence Life personnel and students to perform self-assessments of their living spaces and of other areas in Residence Life buildings.
